Recovering your PIN

A PIN cannot be recovered through the app, to keep your file private. It is reset at the pharmacy once your identity is checked:

  • Visit the pharmacy department at the hospital.
  • Show your ID or hospital card so staff can verify who you are.
  • Then sign in with your file number and choose a new PIN — your name is on file and will not be asked again.
